Perishable Nature of Products
All products sold by LuxFlora LLC are perishable floral arrangements. Due to their nature, all sales are final, and we do not accept standard returns.
Reporting Issues
We stand behind the quality of our arrangements and want to make things right if something goes wrong.
If you experience any issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@theluxflora.com.
To review your claim, please include:
* Your order number
* A clear description of the issue
* Clear photographic evidence of the arrangement
Each case is reviewed individually. At our sole discretion, we may offer:
* A replacement arrangement
* Store credit
* A partial or full refund
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Orders may be canceled or modified only if they have not yet entered production.
Please note:
- Same-day and next-day orders cannot be canceled or modified
- If materials have already been purchased or preparation has begun, we reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds or replacements will not be issued in the following situations:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
- Recipient unavailability at the time of delivery
- Delivery delays caused by couriers or external factors beyond our control
Damages & Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow the Reporting Issues process within 24 hours so we can evaluate and resolve the situation promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all floral arrangements are non-returnable.
Additionally, we do not offer refunds on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
Please note:
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@theluxflora.com
